  On Feb.5, 2013 I went to this branch to deposit a birthday check for the first time and for the first time at any branch I was greeted with a big smile and good morning by the two tellers there, it made me feel like they knew me for years. The older blonde teller that help me was very friendly and once again made me feel welcome, I'll have to go back there so I can get her name so she can be recognized for great customer service. And when leaving she wish me a happy birthday and to have a wonderful day and once again made me feel great to be there. I've used both branches on West Colonial and I've never received great service from them, they do help me if and when I need it but they do need to improve on their customer service practices.
