  Very disappointed with this place. We order from them two or three times a month and usually do the Dinner Combo meals. We always tip the drivers at least %20, they are always nice friendly guys.
  
  We will no longer be giving our business to the place anymore since we tried to place an order of the Dinner combo and swap out the pork fried rice (since my wife is not allowed to eat pork due to her religion). They told us that to swap the rice for even a lesser rice it would be a $2 up charge since it would "inconvenience" the chefs. I question whether this is true since the rice is made and packaged separately to the other items so it should just be a case of making a different rice
  (unless the rice is pre made and microwaved which would be very very poor quality if this was the case). This is a shame they were willing to lose regular customers over being greedy.
