  I just had the rudest experience with a customer service rep. When I originally won the vacation, I called and said I wanted to give my gift away to someone who deserved it. That went well and they told me to call customer service once I received my packet, and added my friend on the registration. So, I called this morning to get the process started. The agent on the phone was out of line. I received the third degree for wanting to transfer my vacation. She was in shock that I didn't want to go and asked me a million questions. She literally said "I just don't see why your friend didn't set this up in the first place!" I explained to her that I was treating my friend to a vacation so it wasn't her fault. Every question started with "Does your friend know she's supposed to do this??" when it came to asking if my friend was qualified. Finally, she goes "well your friend is in the registration so you don't need to do anything."......WHY not just tell me that in the first place? Why have an opinion of why I'm not going and interrogate me? She could've just asked simple questions about how my friend should be qualified instead of copping an attitude. The first remark I mentioned was uncalled for and completely unnecessary in the customer service field which I know from experience. I hope your company doesn't treat my friend the way I was treated. This is out of the ordinary for me to be posting such a negative review as I really do try and give people the benefit of the doubt but I do want you to be aware of how your company is being represented to the public.
