  First Impressions Made a Lasting Impression! From the initial call with Kim to the cleaning First Impressions was fantastic. I appreciated their up front pricing that was not only reasonable but there was no pressure to do any of the add ons. I had time to evaluate the options before making a decision. The tech who completed the steam cleaning was prompt, attentive, listened to my concerns, focused on the problem locations, and followed up with after the cleaning. He encouraged me to walk the cleaned areas and inspect to ensure I was pleased with his work. First Impressions is also the first carpet cleaner I have ever used who vacuumed prior to steam cleaning. I will not only use First Impressions again for any Carpet or upholstery cleaning but will also highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
