  Normally, I review places to eat because I like different foods. However, I feel compelled to write a review about my local Chase.
  
  Went in to do a deposit and the line is stretched back to the door. That’s right ONE teller on-duty. No drive through at this location.
  
  This is the part that Teed me off! There was no less than 7 “bankers” peering from behind their desk. Full disclosure: three were with customers and the other four. Well, that’s what I’m saying. Perhaps they were busy, but the point is. You don’t look up from you desk with the line snaking out the door and pretend it’s not there. Poor, poor customer service!

  I wanted to take a moment and leave a review for a Chase Bank in Winter Garden. My banker really went above and beyond her name is Karen Arnold. I can't say enough positive things about her she made my half hour or so go by very smoothly. Karen gave me a lot of professional advice and I will definitely be coming to her in a future for my business needs. She has the answers I really needed and tells it like it is. Karen is very professional and a very nice person. I don't generally leave reviews but in this case I wanted to take just a moment and say she is very much an asset to this Chase location. Thank you and have a pleasant day.
