  I’m giving 2 stars today. I love pollo tropical, the chicken is normally juicy and the rice delicious, but today I am disappointed because I came in when it wasn’t busy at all. One person in line in front of me and he had issues with ordering/charges. I too had the same issues as he tried to charge me $3.00 for a wager but I pointed it out and after 2 attempts with the help of the manager it was fixed. The staff was very unprofessional walking around and talking loud/cussing in front of customers while I waited 15 minutes to order when they had a second register. This time the chicken was burnt and the rice was sticky/gummy. There was sauce all over the counter. A girl with a boot on kicked a high chair across the floor as she hollered excuse me and then proceeded to yell across the restaurant to her coworker to sweep the floor because a lady complained. Seems like it was for a good reason. I hope things get better because I do love this place, but if it continues like this I can’t spend my money here.

  Walked in, no one was at the front, took 5 min for someone to even notice me and that's because I stood next to the counter so someone in the kitchen could see me. Then I asked if they had anymore curry mustard because they were out and all they said was no. Nothing about making more or if they ran out of ingredients nothing, just no. Place was empty and a little dirty. Really hope I don't get sick from eating my food.

  Place is a good spot to eat at. I enjoyed the meals here. They are all natural and delicious. Clean and good atmosphere. I just saw it driving by and decided to check it out and the colors around the place gives it a nice setting to chill and eat. They have a sauce station which you can choose what you want on your food from Mild to spicy. Prices are not bad either so it's definitely worth a try.
