  Every time I go to this location they mess up my order! Im not sure what's difficult about following simple instructions. Months ago the manager said he would send me a coupon in the mail after they forgot to put the turkey on my turkey bravo sandwich. Go figure they would miss the main ingredient! N]]ever recieved a coupon. So the other day I decided to try them out again which was lack of better judgement. I asked for no salt and pepper. Instead they have me salt and pepper and never put bacon on my sandwich. This location is so poorly managed. After this last incidence I wont ever return back!

  Like Panera in general but this location is lacking effective leadership. I have ordered both in person and online. This location never fails to mess up and order. They either don’t have the product in stock or it is somehow forgotten. This is wrong in that they are supposed to double check all orders going out the door. Please for your sake if you order anything. Double check that all items are in the bag before you leave for take out items.
