  Joe came out and did a home inspection for me after I bought my home. And I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how thorough and how long it actually took. He crawled under the house he went into the attic area he checked every window and every electrical outlet. Next time I buy a home it will be Joe at inspect Pro will come out before I buy the home

  This is the inspection company you call when you don't care what they find, you just want the truth. This is the company that some realtors avoid...they refer to them as the deal killers. The reason? They are not there working for the realtor. Their loyalty is to you, the homeowner or the potential homeowner. So, if they find that the fuse box hasn't been properly grounded, they'll let you know. If the number of nails used to tack down the singles doesn't meet code, they'll let you know. If your realtor is just looking to make his commission and really isn't concerned with your situation after the fact, he will not like these people. You on the other hand, will love them, because they can save you a ton of money.
